Maybe you've been wondering what's been up with Puck and Muffin?!? The photo above was taken on Mt. Trashmore at Virginia Beach where we spent July 4th.
It's been months since my last post but that doesn't mean life's been quiet. It's been a anything but!
Last December Puck broke his leg, badly. Tibia and fibula both broke when he fell off his electric scooter a couple days after Christmas. 2 months in a cast (4 in a full leg cast) and things slowly started returning to normal.
Just last month we discovered he had an Osteochondroma on the same leg. That long scary word refers to a benign bone tumor. It was removed after the school year ended and seems to be healing quickly.
Puck is so big. He is so helpful around the house and mows the lawn and a few of the neighbors lawns as well. He's not happy about attending summer school to prevent summer slide but has been taking it all in stride.
Cade is on the jr. swim team this summer and tonight is his little swim meet! I'm so excited and I'll be taking my brand new 70-200mm lens to capture him in the water:)
He is still patching for his Ambyopia and I've considered Vision Therapy as the next step. If you notice from the photo above he also asked us to cut off all his golden locks and is sporting a cool summer crew cut which he seems to love!
