This Muffin-top is NOT Delicious!

Ok seriously ladies, never before in my life has my midsection been an issue for me, my weight, or my figure. WTF? Out of no where since the summer I have developed a Muffin-top. You know it like a bad word, the fat that squeezes over the waistband of your jeans. Wearing a shirt that fits correctly is out of the question. I don't even want to try and look cute:(

It's just this big roll of fat...gross.

I hate it!

It's completely demotivating as far as the weight loss campaign is concerned.

Don't even get me started about my huge rack either. The girls are literally falling out of their homes.

I just want to eat worse 24-7 because I feel like it's not fair and it's just going to be too much work to get rid of these bakery goods.

Hmmm. Maybe I'll go bake some muffins this morning...

Oh sweetie! I've been there, believe me! Go check out my weight loss blog:

You can see me a year ago on the 1/24 post. It was sick and disgusting. I felt the same way, I'm just gonna be fat now I guess. I will never forget the day I took control of my life again: OCT 17! See, I told ya I won't forget. It was literally the first day of my NEW life.

Boy oh boy though, I love muffins, just not around my waist! Good luck and just know so many of us have felt the same way!

I hate my freaking muffin top. I'm beginning to think that it's just a fact of life after kids, though. Even my bff, who MAYBE weighs 100 pounds, has one.

I hear you on the muffin top. I should be exercising since the baby is down for a nap but I would rather blog.

I am right by your side. It's awful. And what does it result in?

Me eating crappier which makes the my muffin top GROW. It's a horrible cycle. I told Leo I need to start asap. I've done great at not buying candy. But then I just bake more. Ahhh!

I have 3 words for you: high fiber cereal. It is not a permanent solution, but I have found that adding it to my diet has helped slim things down just a little in that area. (I think that probably qualifies as TMI, but a couple pounds gone is a couple pounds gone, right?!)

I getting some things "fixed" once I'm done with kids. That's all there is to it.

I think that 99% of the jeans out there today make EVERYONE have a muffin top - boo to low rise!

love your blog! following from "moms like us". your kiddos are so cute...

if you take weights in both hands and do side bends that works on muffin tops...those are one of my favorite exercises to do...i am a personal trainer and work primarily with moms...so we do a lot of ab stuff...

I'm with Danifred but I'm suppose to be done having kids..so what I am waiting for!! Hahaa

Seriously, I hate my muffin top and mine showed up last year as my 35th birthday present. I found an article in a parenting magazine on what foods to eat that help trim away belly fat. I've been following that and it's not too bad. I still have a muffin top but it's not as pronounced :)
